Heating by wood pellets

Wood pellets are suitable for burning in automatic boilers and cascades of automatic boilers with power up to approx. 200 kW. Wood pellets have a stable quality and it is not necessary to install energy-intensive transport tracks for the boiler. Boilers for wood pellets can be very simply automatized. Burning of wood pellets at outputs over 200 kW is justified only in some cases. Generally we can say, that for higher outputs there is already more economic to combust wood chips, sawdust or alternative pellets (agropellets).

Regarding wood pellets is a problem, that source of raw material is limited and from this reason it is not possible to predict price and produced quantity of wood pellets nor in the next 5 years, which is very short time from the view of the investment to the boiler. From this reason, the automatic boiler should be prepared also for burning of alternative pellets or corn and other biomass.
