Lump wood boiler VERNER V140 EXTRA with rated capacity 20 kW (10 – 20 kW) is part of brand new generation of gasification boilers on the European market.

Boilers serie EXTRA are unique in its whole conception. The uniqueness lies especially in the thermal insulation of feeding chamber with bottom air inlet and horizontal feeding door. The boiler also excels in intelligent electronic regulation with special system of burning optimization thanks to flue gas sensor.

Savings in total investment

Sophisticated construction of this boiler ensures much smaller demands on related accessories. There is no necessity to install the forced circuit with pump and mixing valve, if the the boiler is connected with storage tank. Excellent features of the boiler ensure very high comfort of operation even with the tank with half volume than it is common for standard boiler. The boiler is also very well tested in connection without storage tank.

Low operation costs

Modern design and excellent thermal insulation save fuel and time of the operator. The eligibility for gravity system connection (without pump) save costs for electricity and in connection with storage tank it solves economically and reliably cooling of the boiler during power cut.

Very long lifetime – 5 years warranty for boiler body

We have maximally utilized all our long-term experience and we have designed boiler, which has an original design made of high quality materials. With a double wall feeding chamber, stainless steel boiler parts or special ceramic micro-reinforcement, we have significantly extended the lifetime of the boiler.

High efficiency throughout whole power range

Throughout the whole power range (10 – 20 kW), there is ensured the efficiency above 90%. This feature is most appreciated in the period when you do not need the rated boiler output - that is for most of the heating season. With advanced combustion chamber design and design of air supply, the fuel combustion is equal. The combustion is a high quality throughout the burning of whole batch of fuel with a balanced output. Extremely low temperature combustion is the evidence of high efficiency.

Simple operation

During boiler design, we have been thinking about whole family. Simple and intuitive control is very soon acquired by any member of the family. Stoking by horizontal door can manage even smaller figure. Excellent controllability and automatic stable heat system cause, that number of ignitions per heating season is several times smaller than in common boilers. Thanks to the long time of burning, it is enough to stoke the fuel in average 2-3 times per day without impact on the efficiency and quality of burning. The design of the boiler allows simple cleaning and ash removing. In-built flue exhauster ensures excelent flue gases extraction even with full opening of feeding door.

Fuel: lump wood, wood briquettes, wood chips and sawdust

Without any problem, there is possibility to burn different size of fuel in the boiler including wood chips, shavings and sawdust. These fuels can be burned with the same high efficiency (above 90%) like lump wood.

Automatically controlled stable heat function

The intelligent electronic regulation controls required air supply to the burning chamber and it keeps so called stable heat layer. Thanks to this technology, the boiler is able to be in operation without any attendance and without stoking up to 15 hours. After coming home from work or after arriving from the day trip, you don´t have to ignite the boiler again, you have to only stoke again.

Ability of operation even at power cut

It is possible to operate the boiler in emergency only at chimney draught.

Convenient size of wood logs

The invaluable advantage of wood logs with length of 35 cm is their better manipulability. Stoking is simple also for women. Other undisputed advantage is faster drying of the fuel. Freshly cut wood to length of 35 cm achieve the required dry mass (20%) even after one-year drying without necessity to split it. The advantage is also better storaging of fuel, so it requires less storage space.
