Boiler VERNER G45 LS

Description:

The combustion process of the boiler VERNER G45 LS is controlled by the lambda sensor. The inside boiler walls are made of the boiler plate of cl. 11. The boiler has a heavy ceramic lining with microreinforcement for long term permanent heat assuring. The stoking chamber construction is characterized by the great usability of the space while taking half-meter logs.

The boiler VERNER G45 LS operation is controlled based on the outlet water temperature, the combustion gas temperature and the oxygen in burnt gas volume. Hereby, the marked fuel saving is achieved per heating period. Compared with the VERNER boilers without the lambda sensor the annual fuel savings reach up to 25%. The big savings are reached especially during the heating up, shutting down etc. The service comfort is assured among others by the huge interval extension within single stokings.

The boiler VERNER G45 LS is equipped with hanging turbulators to improve the efficiency.

CO = 191 mg / m3 of combustion gas (O2 = 13%)
Dust = 15 mg / m3 of combustion gas(O2 = 13%)
