NEW - Rolling shovel

The VERNER company has extended its accessories for automatic boilers for the innovation called „Rolling shovel“. This innovation ensures higher comfort at burning of lower quality fuels, which make so called arches in the hopper.

Some types of fuel like chaff, pollard and mainly some types of alternative pellets manufactured at home-made pressers, don´t fall down properly in the inbuilt hopper of automatic boiler and make so called arches. This results in decrease of operation comfort of automatic boilers.

From the reason mentioned above, the VERNER company has developed the rolling shovel. This accessory ensures regular sliding down of lower quality fuels from the hopper into the feeding screw. The shovel can be used in the automatic boilers VERNER A251G, A501G and also in older type A50G.

So thanks to this innovation, we can burn in automatic boilers VERNER also fuels, which tend to make so called arches.

Rolling shovel consists of the cylinder, which is fixed to the shaft. There are flexible belts screwed to the cylinder and these belts ensure mixing of fuel in the inbuilt hopper of the boiler. Rotary motion of the shovel is ensured by chain gear from the feeding conveyer of the boiler. Turning of the shovel proceeds only during the reverse movement of the feeding conveyer, so during the grating process. So the gearing of the shovel doesn´t need any other source of electricity.

The rolling shovel is intended not only for increasing of operation comfort of the automatic boilers VERNER, but of course it is also intended for shortening of the economic return of initial investment to the boiler.

There is possibility to burn in the automatic boilers easily also lower quality and much cheaper fuels than so far.
